Participation Terms for the PEUKA® Partner Program

These terms and conditions apply for introducing new customers with parking spaces (hereinafter referred to as "New Customers") to Peuka GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Peuka") by existing customers of Peuka (hereinafter referred to as "Existing Customers") through the application (hereinafter referred to as "PEUKA® Partner Programme").

1. Eligible Participants

New Customers and Existing Customers must be different, either natural persons of full age or legal entities.

An Existing Customer is someone who has completed the registration process fully and logged in at least once. A New Customer is someone who has not completed the registration process fully.

The relationship between the Existing Customer and Peuka must continue until the bonus is received.

2. Bonus Conditions

For referring new parking spaces of a New Customer, the Existing Customer receives a bonus (hereinafter referred to as "Bonus Entitlement"). The bonus is a revenue share from the New Customer and is a monetary payment for the Bonus Entitlement. The Bonus Entitlement involves a 20% share of the parking revenue (from rental) on the New Customer's parking spaces. The bonus or the individual allocations of the bonus are limited to €2.50 per parking space per New Customer. A parking lot may consist of several parking spaces.

An Existing Customer refers parking spaces of a New Customer when the following three conditions are met:

  • The Existing Customer contacts us by phone, mail, or in person and provides us with the address of the parking spaces and the name of the owner. They must agree to share their data according to GDPR.

  • We contact the owner to verify the data.

  • Once the owner gives their "OK," we will list their parking spaces. When the New Customer generates parking revenue, the Existing Customer benefits.

The bonus in a monetary payment is credited to the Bonus Entitlement's Peuka account with each successfully accounted parking revenue on the New Customer's parking space.

3. Restrictions

Bookings with a discount code applied are excluded from the bonus conditions. A new parking space can only be referred once. Double claiming of the bonus (by a second person) is excluded.

4. No Legal Obligation; Changes to Special Conditions at Any Time

The PEUKA® Partner Programme does not entail any legally binding obligation for Peuka.

Peuka reserves the right to change or terminate the PEUKA® Partner Programme at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons.

Changes or termination of the PEUKA® Partner Programme will be announced in the app and on the website and will take effect upon announcement.

Peuka can also, at its own discretion, exclude individual customers from the referral program if they act abusively or fraudulently or violate the terms or restrictions of the PEUKA® Partner Programme. No justification for exclusion by Peuka is required.

The bonus is tax-free if your other income according to § 22 No. 3 EstG (including this bonus) is less than €256 in the calendar year. Please discuss the personal implications in your tax return with your tax advisor.
