How does PEUKA integrate into our existing technology?
Via standardized interfaces or relays at barriers/gates; optionally with license plate recognition (LPR) or QR/App access without additional hardware. Where necessary, there are streamlined retrofit solutions (e.g. controllers). Aim: minimal intervention, clear controllability.
How precisely do we manage who parks when?
You define user groups (employees, guests, service providers, the public), time slots, quotas, and rules for each zone/floor/parking space. Whitelists/blacklists, visitor links with expiration dates, and mixed-use (internally during the day, public in the evenings) can be represented. Rates can be fixed or dynamic (peak/off-peak).
How does the billing work – for us and the users?
Users book and pay digitally (App/Link). For you, there are periodic payouts plus reports (revenue per parking space, bookings, cancellations/no-shows). Rates, free contingents, validations (e.g., hotel guests), and exports/imports for accounting/ERP are provided.
Data Protection & Security: What is collected, and who owns the data?
Only data necessary for access, billing, and reporting is retained (data minimisation). Access is role-based and logged, transmission/storage is encrypted. A data processing agreement is possible. LPR is optional and will only be implemented with appropriate legal basis/notice. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.
